Baby Blogger

Like Mommy, like daughter. She's a BabyBlogger. And she's an ultra cool BabyBlogger at that. ;)

OK, for those of you who missed the ABC segment and have asked to see it, I do not have a link for it online. However, my friend, Trish is working on getting the segment online and I'll put it up on my blog when I can.

Our new and improved product review site is up and running. Come check it out!

Dawn: How do you know how much to charge for the ads?

I'm glad I got to leave the first comment. You might actually see it:) I just wanted to say that I love your blog and sense of humor. I try to keep my blog funny, too. It's not hard to do when you have two under two.

OK, so now I see that you approve your comments and mine probably is not the first comment. I guess I look like a total dork now.

Hello! Been lurking awhile and your last entry about blogging pulled my outta the wood work.

I have been blogging 2 yrs now and LOVE it. I use mine as more of a release. I never realized I had become so used to using blogs as my outlet for stress until I lost my internet connection for several months. Well I'm back now and love it.

Your kids are wonderful. You crack me up. And I am so envious of you for becoming a famous blogger. My dream!

Anyway, just wanted to let you know another reader that reads every post! I just added a post about my babies!(my brothers!) Check it out if you have time.

12:41 AM and you're still up blogging? Girl, how do you wake up in the morning with 6 kids raring to go on so little sleep? I've only got 2 kids, and glancing at my clock right now which reads midnight, I'm thinking I'm gonna need some toothpicks to hold my eyes open and an IV drip of caffiene if I'm ever to get things accomplished in the morning. Of course, I've been going all day myself playing 'catch up' after having had both cars die this past week. Within a day of each other. But hey, just another day in the life of a SAHM, right?

I'm way bummed I missed your TV spot! Can't wait to view it via the link.

I'm a SAH mom of seven children and I lost about $600,000-$800,000 in the real estate market. My blog uses humor and optimism to convey details of our financial loss. Please stop by and tell me what you think:

She's adorable Dawn!! Love the sunglasses on upside down...too cute!! Just think, in no time flat she'll actually KNOW how to work that computer! I think my 3 year old knows more than I do about our computer...and DVD player...and TV...and most of the power strips we have set up to accommodate everything...

Hi Dawn,

Your kids are all adorable but I still like your "chocolate baby" best. You should incorporate her into a logo somehow. Kids just love to look at that picture and so do I! She is the "Coppertone Baby" of the internet!

Have a great day. Blessings Sheila

Your style of writing is really cool. Although I don't have kids but I end up with such goofers myself that I feel the "Not Me" syndrome. :-)

Got sidetracked twice from posting a comment.

First, I got sidetracked by visiting the new site - way to go! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it!

Then I was sidetracked by the link to the article on ABC News - thanks to an earlier commenter.

Now I can finally say what I was thinking earlier: your baby blogger is adorable & you might want to consider allowing her a guest spot to contribute once in awhile. Even if all she tells us is

That's toddler language (aka just punch a bunch of keys and see what happens)

Love laughing....

Oh what a darling baby blogger. Let me guess - it's called babiesluvchocolate, right? Anyway, I've really been enjoying my daily dose of Dawn & co. Can't wait til Trish gets us a link to the actual segment! Oh, and the product reviews site is GREAT! Lookin forward to news about the book, too. Gotta say, you're my main inspiration for starting my own blog. And it is quite cathartic (tho if anyone else actually read it I'd probably have a heart attack). So, thanks for that, too!

I love the photo Dawn! Why is it that kids always put on glasses upside down? My 3 yr old did it all summer with sun glasses. I think they should create glasses for kids that can be worn either way. LOL
My fav photo of my daughter is on my phone...and it's of her w/ my glasses on upside down :o)

I absolutley love your idea (well your sister's) for Marge's hair!. Won't give you a headache from the weight either.

I actually just started a blog a few days ago because of you! I came across your Ebay ad and haven't had a laugh that great in soooo long! Thanks for sharing your wonderful humor with us.

I was actually motivated to come check out your site. I mean 6 kids and a blogging career, supermom is I think an understatement! I only stumbled upon your blog today Oct. 19 but will come back to read more. I think you have great talent along with your sister in creating the costumes. Maybe next year I can also give you my input. I've only began blogging but your blog has inspired me to keep going and be more creative with my blog. Thank you for the up-beat articles.

Sincerely,

Dad to a beautiful 2 year old girl.

Dawn,

First let me say THANK YOU!!! I have been so incredibly busy since posting my ad on your site. Today I finally sat down to read posts that I had missed on your site and was forwarded the clip from the television interview. WOW! thats my LOGO on there!

I just wanted to stop in and say thank you so much, for a stay at mom of three kiddos, creating new and unique girls clothing has not always helped pay the bills but over the last month, it has brought some wonderful attention to my designs.

I know this is post has been here for a few days, but do you mind telling me what you used for Jimmy Neutron's hair? My 2 yr old is OBSESSED with the boy genius, and I think that costume would be easy to do. I would really appreciate it if you could maybe just give me some idea! Thanks!

OK, I just realized I left a comment on the wrong post. Sorry. I meant to leave that on the one with all the costume pics.
