I have packed lunches for my husband and that has consisted of sanwiches, fruit and veggie slices and some sort of snacky item. A coworker of mine once...I hope I am not too late! A coworker of mine once told me that her mom would fix pb&j sandwiches from a loaf of bread,put them back in the bag and freeze them. She would then pull it out, pop it in the lunch, and it would be thawed by the time they went to eat.
