Have gone thru 2 doses of meds and it is still not gone. I too do not have health insurance. I had to go through the Manufacturer for the meds. I warned every single person possible about that before surgery 4 weeks ago, and was assured it would be fine. After 6 hours vomiting uncontrollably in recovery (should have been 1 hour), I pleaded to go home. Just a ...I sure hope you are feeling better soon. Just a word of advice re the liquid diet. I was on a liquid diet for 8 weeks after I broke my jaw and had to be wired shut. When you try to go back on normal foods, your stomach will revolt and not digest well. Take it slowly with soft easy to digest foods and things should be just fine. I had to wear it for a full 24 hours before the surgery, then another 24 hours after. I did not vomit, and never even felt nausea.
